Orders received online after 5:30 pm Monday through Friday will be delivered the next day.

Orders received online after 5:00 pm on Saturdays will be delivered the next day.

Orders received online after 3:00 pm on Sundays will be delivered the next day.

Costaricaflores.com does not undertake to deliver flowers to state or private hospitals in the country, as they do not allow natural flowers for hospitalized patients. Measures taken during and after the COVID 19 Pandemic.

Costaricaflores.com will do everything possible to ensure that the arrangements are faithful to the original design you chose, but for reasons beyond our control (flower season, shortages in the country, etc...) the elements and flowers could vary, including stuffed animals as well. , chocolates, wines, baskets, vases... etc.

To expedite the delivery of the product we need clear and complete information about the recipient (name and surname, precise address and telephone numbers). If at the time of delivery we cannot find the recipient, the product will be left with someone you trust (guardian, neighbor, family member, co-worker), if this is not possible, we will contact the recipient to try to make the delivery.

If the address is wrong and the client does not respond to our messages, the amount canceled by the client will not be refunded.
